Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM GMT may be processed the following business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We offer the following shipping options within the United Kingdom:
- Standard Shipping (3–5 business days) — Free (UK Mainland)
- Express Shipping (1–2 business days) — £6.99
- Free Standard Shipping on all orders over £60 (Northern Island)
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status directly with the carrier.
Shipping Carriers We work with trusted UK carriers including Royal Mail, FedEx and DPD to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.
International Shipping At this time, we only ship within the United Kingdom. We hope to offer international shipping in the future — stay tuned!
